Jane offers in-store pickup at our Tarzana location, or we'll ship it straight to your home via USPS. Don't love your item? Jane of Tarzana gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash must be accompanied by the original receipt. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt or the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, or store credit for refunds received after 30 days from original purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale.
